I graduated from Murray State University in 2006 with a Bachelor's Degree in Science.  I also graduated with my Masters degree in Education with a focus in Teacher Leadership in May 2017.  I received my endorsement to teach Gifted and Exceptional Learners from Western Kentucky University in 2010.

I began my teaching career in Christian County 11 years ago.  I have taught 3-5th grade math, 4th grade science, and 1st grade.  This is my fifth year at Indian Hills and my fourth year teaching 1st grade.

I have lived in Hopkinsville my whole life. My family was very involved in education as both of my parents were middle school teachers and my dad also coached golf, football, and baseball. I graduated from Hopkinsville High School in 2002 and went to HCC for 2 years.  After graduating with an Associate of Arts degree, I transferred to Murray State University where I graduated in 2006.
